I never have installed a roof, was so easy to install following the instructions from the website, the website is awesome, easy going, calculate everything and the product is amazing high quality, all my neighbours are impress with the results, I spent without experience 12 hours and some scratches in total, a bit disappoint at the beginning with the dispatch time but I understood that the product is customized so I recommend a bit patience, my conservatory reduce the temperature in 20 degree Celsius. I am so happy with the result, the price quality ratio one of the best that I found.

Hi Alejandro, Yes unfortunately for our granulated finish products there is a bit of a lead time for dispatch as they are hand made in our factory. Service has been excellent, from sending us an estimate to delivery of tiles, all within little over one week. I'm sure our hens will be very happy with their roof, will send photo when it is complete!

My dealings with Lightweight has been outstanding. Laura has been so helpful and answered any questions that I may of had. The fitting of the tiles was very straight forward. The fitting instructions state that they can be fitted by anyone with DIY knowledge. This was very true. Thanks again Laura.

I just wanted to say thanks for the great service and excellent product! I placed my order through Laura who really helped me out as I needed it in a hurry. The tiles arrived the next day right when I needed them. The product itself really sets off the little porch roof I constructed and I hope to use the tiles again in the future.
