This company is truly exceptional! It helps a customer at every opportunity. I've been amazed at level of assistance provided when you are on site, whether it be with advice or actual physical help with loading or unloading, Mike at Lydney spent nearly two hours helping us empty and stow household items in a van. You rarely get this level of attention these days. Thank you.

Fantastic service and help with packing and unpacking the crate! Nothing was too much for them! We all got soaked to the skin unpacking the crate but there were plenty of jokes and laughs but no complaints! I would highly recommend Oaklands! Don't go anywhere else!!!

More than happy with the service provided by Simon at Self store, very quick in dealing with any queries, explained the prices and costs very well and quick with refund once my property was moved out of storage early. All my property was absolutely fine when I unpacked it obviously stored well . Thank you would recommend to a friend
