Simon arrived spot on time (having already visited our remote site previously to ensure he could gain access and turn round with his trailer). He took his time to ensure
time to ensure the furniture was well protected against transport damage and, amazingly, – with a great deal of patience and a fair bit of loading and re-loading he managed to fit into the standard trailer-box not only the ten modular shrank (lounge furniture units) but also our old, large dining table and six chairs - all with fixed legs plus a few assorted pictures; not the easiest of tasks – OK, so Simon limbers-up by finishing a Rubik’s Cube each day for breakfast!
Many small companies seem to find it hard to reply promptly (if at all) to e-mails queries etc; not so with Oaklands; in the relatively short time I have been using them I find that Simon or Victoria are quick to respond with the required information. That is very professional and much appreciated; thank you!

I have used Monmouth & Ross-on-Wye Self Storage on a number of occasions. They have always been very helpful and I find their prices very competitive. Using their collection service saves me having to hire a van or take numerous trips in the car. It's so easy to use and I even booked it for a Sunday afternoon so I didn't have to take time off work. Excellent Service.

Simon turned up on time, was most helpful and polite and by bringing the correct size storage container to me relieved me of a great deal of stress when moving house. I felt by storing items this way saved me making the immediate decision of what to keep or perhaps rashly dispose of. Being on my own I really benefited from Simon's assistance.

I have used the storage services here for many months. I find it extremely cost effective and conveniently located with easy access of the A40.
